We are a community based fitness group that seek to demonstrate and proclaim the love of Christ through fitness. Work outs are constantly varied, run in groups, and may involve both body weight and weighted exercises (such as use of barbells and kettlebells). We cater for all levels of fitness.
We typically meet Monday nights and Saturday mornings at the church offices, and run additional group training sessions throughout the year for special team events like Spartan and Tough Mudder.
